Return and Exchange Policy

  • KAY will accept exchange of your purchase within 7 days from receiving your delivery. You will be charged the delivery fee.
  • Returns will be accepted within 3 days from receiving your delivery. You will be charged the delivery fee.
  • Any items purchased in sale are final sale and can only be exchanged if there is availability.
  • Any exchange of your purchase has to be returned in the exact same condition as you received it or the exchange will not be accepted.
  • KAY will only accept any Exchange in the original packaging as you received it.
  • If there is something wrong in the item purchased, you need to send us at [email protected] and we will collect the damaged item and send a replacement right away, free of charge.
  • Any concerns sent by e-mail will be replied to within 1-2 business days.
  • If you have any further inquiries you can always use “Chat with us” on our website and someone will answer you right away.

Opulence Return or Exchange

  • Opulence collection items can only be exchanged, within 3 days from receiving your delivery.
  • If you have a complaint regarding your item please send an e-mail at [email protected] explaining the problem and we will get back to you.

International Return or Exchange

  • KAY accepts international exchanges by notifying us by e-mail within 10 days from receiving your package.
  • Customer will handle any shipping cost for the exchange of the order.

Delivery Time in Egypt

  • Orders take 3-6 business days from date that you place your order.
  • You will receive a message from our courier Aramex confirming your order and providing you with tracking number of your order.
  • Payment is available through Credit or Debit card through our website OR you can pay in cash on delivery of your order.

Delivery Time Overseas

  • Orders take 3 business days to be processed from our warehouse from the date you place your order.
  • Shipping time will average between 7-10 business days depending on your location.
  • You will receive a confirmation message from Aramex with your tracking number and shipment info.
  • Orders are subject to delay due to custom checks on the borders and custom fees.
