What size am I?

When will I get my order?

Orders within Egypt will take 3-5 business days depending on the location.

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. Once shipped, delivery takes 2-4 days depending on your location.

International ortders take 5-12 Business days, however Delays may occur with international orders due to customers and boarder clearances and customs but you will be able to track your international orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over 1000 EGP in Egypt. Otherwise, the shipping cost will depend on your location.

For International shipping fees will be free of charge on orders above CAD 150$ or equivalent. Otherwise will vary depending on your country.

Where are your products manufactured?

Everything is very efficiently manufactured in Egypt.

Wash and Care Instructions

Machine washing (inside out) in cold water and hanging to dry is our preferred way of taking care of your garment – by doing this, you’ll best preserve the lifespan of the garment, and you’ll be leaving less of an impact on the planet.

If you do use the dryer, just keep in mind that all-natural fibres, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We guarantee any exchange on orders within 7 days after the package is delivered as long as the product is in new condition. However there will be a delivery fee. Returns will be accepted within 3 days from receiving your order.

How can I track my order?

After orders are shipped out you will receive a confirmation message from Aramex which will provide with you with a tracking number through their website.
